My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The beach was stunning and the staff was consistently warm and welcoming, which definitely enhanced my experience. However, the pool was a bit small and finding a lounge chair was a challenge if you arrived later in the morning. Additionally, some amenities still hadn't fully recovered post-storm, leaving a gap that could be improved.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel with great customer service and a wonderful atmosphere. However, check-in was a hassle, and I faced difficulties with pool towels and dining service. Overall, the property is beautiful, and I loved the Puerto Rican culture, but some service issues still need to be addressed.
